Products will be accepted for a refund less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee (see below to get the 15% restocking fee WAIVED!). To receive a refund, products must meet the following conditions:
1) The initial purchase was made at www.myfivestargolf.com.
2) The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days from the original purchase date.
3) The product is in 'UNUSED' condition (a couple of practice shots means it is not new anymore!).
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we are unable to accept EXCHANGES as our inventory turns over very very quickly.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the 15% restocking fee, simply purchase a comparable item in a separate order (no less than 90% of the return items value), email us the order number when requesting an RA#, and WE WILL WAIVE the 15% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we will not be responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
